About Us

Our first initiative was started in August 2018, and we registered it as a foundation in June 2023. Yayasan Akar Cahaya Indonesia focuses on village empowerment in Indonesia. We aim to deliver Sustainable Developments Goals at village level, particularly Goal number 1: No Poverty, Goal number 4: Quality of Education, Goal number 5: Gender Equality, and Goal number 13, Climate Action. We believe villages are the root of civilization. Currently there are four programs we continue to deliver. Meet our team here.
